Assistance: The Mackay Regional Community Legal Centre Inc. provides free and confidential legal information, advice, referral, and limited case work and court representation.
Two legal advice evenings a month are staffed by volunteers. These provide legal information, advice, and referral and counselling to any members of the community.
Who are we: The Mackay Regional Community Legal Centre Inc. is an independent non-profit organisation funded by Legal Aid Queensland. The service is administered by a volunteer Management Committee.
Service Area: The Centre offers a service (either face to face or by telephone) to residents of the eight Local Authority Areas of Belyando, Bowen, Broadsound, Mackay, Mirani, Nebo, Sarina, and Whitsunday.
